Return Policy
1. Scope This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the websites operated by InsideOut Productions, including rentagig.com, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Right of Withdrawal
- Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law.
- To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within the withdrawal period.
3. Conditions for Returns
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Certain items may be excluded from return for hygiene, licensing, or customization reasons. These exclusions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned goods are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Shipping costs for the original delivery are refundable only if the entire order is returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.
5. Services and Digital Content
- For services (such as bookings) or digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed or the digital content has been accessed/downloaded, provided the customer gave prior consent.
